We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager as the heartbeat of our operations to

play a pivotal role in supporting the Director, hospitality teams, trades teams and our

valued guests and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

 Ensure smooth daily operations across the office and various departments.

 Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

 Oversee general administration and provide team-wide support.

 Monitor office budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.

 Process invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, and payroll.

 Represent the company with professionalism and warmth.

 Schedule jobs, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

 Respond to phone and email inquiries with clarity and care.

 Maintain a feedback system to enhance service delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
