Level 2 - $ per hour (including leave loading) + 12% Superannuation
The Role
Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can contribute to preserving our community's history? The Town of Port Hedland is seeking a dedicated individual with previous office administration experience to join our team as a Digitisation Officer on a casual basis. In this entry-level position, you'll support our digitisation project and assist with daily records management tasks under the guidance of the Senior Records & Information Officer.
If you have experience in office administration and are eager to learn new skills, we want to hear from you. This role involves scanning and registering hardcopy records, processing incoming mail, and providing support to staff with records enquiries. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work collaboratively are key.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- National Police Clearance
- Current 'C' class drivers license
- Rights to work in Australia
