ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Boutique Manager at Gregory Jewellers and TAG Heuer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, overseeing day-to-day operations, fostering a positive work environment, driving exceptional customer service and business success. 

Your leadership skills will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of this collaboration. In this role will be responsible for:

  • Managing Boutique overall sales performance
  • Achievement of sales through a personalised customer experience and utilisation of CRM
  • Driving a culture of high performance and achievement
  • Managing Boutique daily operations
  • Ensuring the Boutique is immaculately presented and merchandised

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates with proven managerial experience, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for the luxury retail industry. Please apply if you;
