Join a rapidly expanding hospitality brand. The Feros Group has recently taken over the operation of The Berry Hotel and are seeking a Fulltime Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to and assisting the Licensee you will be responsible for providing an exceptional all-round experience and driving the culture and skills of our great team of staff.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing all facets of the business
- Financial management experience
- Training and developing staff in all areas of operations
- Managing stock and controlling cost of goods
- Working the venue floor and dealing with the customer experience
- Staff rostering and labour control
- Supplier management

You will need:

- 3 years’ experience working in restaurant/bar environment
- Hold current RSA and RCG
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to plan logically & set clear working goals
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in leading a team of people
- Event management experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
