Our client is an Australian womenswear designer that has been established for a over a decade. The brand has walked runways across the globe and is a resident to online boutiques around the world.

Working with luxurious fabrics and tailoring, the brand delivers femineity and power dressing to a loyal following, including many international celebrities.

A unique opportunity is available to join the business as the Assistant Store Manager. This role will see you working closely with the Designer and Company leaders. You will oversee the store in our Miranda location together with the Store Manager and be very hands on with your teams, driving them to achieve company directives and continue to expand brand awareness.

We are ideally looking for someone who has a structured background with experience identifying opportunity and implementing store operations and team development. The role will suit someone with an energetic personality who has a passion for a business that values the customer and a VIP style of service.

**About You**:

- Experienced leader ideally within womenswear designer
- Stock management and Sales driven
- Can provide an exceptional customer experience
- Natural people leader
- Passion for designer womenswear and boutique stores
- Experience in Styling
- Can build own clientele or have an existing one
- Creative and eager to develop or progress within the company
