CAMILLA is on the prowl for an Assistant Boutique Manager to step into our luxurious Karrinyup Boutique on a full-time basis.

What does a CAMILLA Assistant Boutique Manager do?*
- Assist and support the Boutique Manager with the day to day running of the Boutique.
- Lead their Tribe of Angels to success, inspiring others to reach their potential.
- Engage in visual merchandising to ensure the luxurious presentation of the Boutique.
- Clientele’s to create a personal and luxurious shopping experience in-store.
- Assists in operational tasks and reporting.
- Meet all financial, operational and service KPI’s and inspire others to reach their potential.
- Style your loyal CAMILLA customers confidently in new silhouettes.

The traits of a CAMILLA Angel?*
- 2+ years previous retail experience in a luxury or premium boutique
- An angelic energy that will translate into positive client relationships.
- An ability to confidently lead, motivate and develop your Tribe of Boutique Stylists
- You will be an excellent communicator and storyteller
- You will be a support guru to your Boutique Manager.
- Fabulous presentation standards and confidence that shines from within.
- A personal passion for the CAMILLA aesthetic and a desire to share our brand with others and colour the world
