Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Property Manager at Harwood Property Agents, located in Miranda, NSW. The role is hybrid, allowing some work from home. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties, including tenant management, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and lease negotiations. The Property Manager will also handle rent collection, respond to tenant inquiries, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Tenant management, lease negotiations, and rent collection skills
  • Property inspections and maintenance coordination skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Previous experience in property management is a plus
  • Certification in property management
