Your new role

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the residential and commercial sectors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and industry partners

• Identifying new market opportunities and driving business expansion

• Representing the company at industry events and trade shows

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

What you'll need to succeed


• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management

• Strong understanding of the construction or building products industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
