Your Impact

The Business Development Executive is responsible for achieving and exceeding state-based sales targets by delivering on key KPIs including volume, distribution, and account growth—all while upholding the values of Asahi Beverages.

You'll work closely with Business Development Executives, and broader leadership to identify new market opportunities and grow the account base across the Away From Home channel, representing the iconic Asahi Lifestyle Beverages portfolio. Your territory will cover South Canberra to the Snowy Mountains

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively and consistently builds capability and confidence (continually developed through training and coaching from the RSM) in the sales process and selling techniques, ensuring all KPI's (account base, distribution and volume) are met and exceeded.
  • Channel priorities understood and actioned.
  • Ensures compliance to in store standards including fridge, post mix and point of sale.
    • Ensures compliance to promotional plan
  • Ensures Asahi Lifestyle Beverages (ALB) products are available across all customers in their territory in accordance with account and channel plans.
  • Ensure NPD is effectively executed in field
  • Contribute to market share growth via executing NPD, promotional plans, distribution, fridge compliance, call coverage and customer satisfaction

  • Solid sales experience, ideally within field in FMCG
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Well-developed selling skills including planning & implementing commercial programs
  • Well-developed conflict management
