We're seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and relationship development across the commercial fit-out and construction sector. About the Role

As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract new clients and projects
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial fit-out opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and deliver campaigns that engage prospects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline performance (Salesforce)
  • Leverage tools like Arealytics and BCI Central to identify emerging market opportunities
  • Refer leads internally across business units to maximise conversion
  • Uphold WHS, quality, and environmental standards in all business development activities
