Bethania Lutheran Primary School is a Christ-centred learning community committed to nurturing every child's potential. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing and Enrolments Officer to lead our marketing, communications, and enrolment initiatives.

About the Role

This is a key role within the Administration team, responsible for promoting the school's brand, managing enrolment processes, and coordinating community engagement events. You'll work closely with the Principal, Business Manager, and Executive Team to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all prospective families.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and implement the school's marketing strategy and budget.
  • Manage the school's brand across all platforms and materials.
  • Oversee website content, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and school publications.
  • Prepare reports on marketing and development initiatives.

Enrolments

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective families.
  • Manage the full enrolment process, including interviews and documentation.
  • Maintain enrolment databases and statistics.
  • Coordinate school tours and open days.

Community Engagement & Events

  • Plan and deliver key school events (e.g. open days, graduations, parent functions).
  • Collaborate with the Parents and Friends Association on fundraising and community initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with families and the wider community.
About You
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, or enrolments (preferably in education).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media, website CMS, Canva).
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the school.
