Enrolment and Admissions Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Enrolment and Admissions Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining student records, reporting in CRM and Student Information Systems, and overseeing Tertiary Admissions Centre tasks.

This role involves collecting, organizing, and verifying student documents for enrolment, completing the end-to-end enrolment process, and issuing Confirmations of Enrolment. The officer will also perform other administrative duties as requested by the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and reports in CRM and Student Information Systems.
  • Collect, organize, and verify student documents for enrolment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Complete the end-to-end enrolment process, including issuing Confirmations of Enrolment.
  • Oversee Tertiary Admissions Centre tasks, including parameter setting, course and offer administration, marketing, and website updates, and auditing.
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested by the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2 years' experience in admissions or administration, preferably in higher education.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and student databases.
  • Strong attention to detail in data entry and document verification procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and have a sound understanding of self-leadership.
