The Enrolments Officer plays a vital role in supporting the enrolment process at All Hallows' School by delivering exceptional service to prospective families and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of enrolment procedures. Reporting to the Enrolments Registrar, this position serves as a key point of contact for enrolment enquiries and supports the administrative and operational functions associated with student admissions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
This is a part-time, fixed-term contract, working twenty-five (25) hours per week from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (hours are negotiable), Monday to Friday, with half half-hour lunch break.
This position will commence on Monday, 30 June 2025, and finish on Friday, 19 December 2025. The role may be extended beyond the 6 months depending on the needs of the organisation.
