About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated
Part-Time Accounts Administrator
to join our team on-site in Lynbrook, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing account records, processing invoices and purchase orders, handling customer inquiries, and conducting financial transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate account records
- Process invoices and financial transactions
- Reconcile purchase orders with supplier invoices
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial documentation
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in retail or manufacturing industries is beneficial
Essential PC Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with accounting software -MYOB
- Experience with Internet bank - NAB Connect or similar
- Data entry
- Ability to produce and interpret financial reports
