Jet Couriers is a well-established transport company based in Dandenong South seeking an experienced Temporary Payables and Admin Assistant to join our team for an immediate start.

About the Role

This is a hands-on admin position supporting our busy head office team. The successful candidate will be confident working across a range of administrative duties with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail and teamwork. It is important that you have experience in temping positions and are well versed in core administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office and administrative support
  • Data entry, including payables, invoice processing and payments
  • Printing, collating and filing
  • Assisting with payroll and HR administration tasks
  • Liaising with drivers, customers, and suppliers as required
  • Supporting management with other ad hoc duties

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Reckon and Excel (essential)
  • Knowledge of  Readytech HR3 payroll software (highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Reliable, motivated and available for an immediate start
