About the role
Exciting opportunity available for an experienced and knowledgeable HVAC Trainer, or a technician who wants to diversify into a training role and technical advisor. This is a hands-on and diverse role based in Scoresby, VIC where your HVAC experience and knowledge will be used to support both our internal and external customers.
The Technical Trainer/Advisor role will contribute to the development of an annual course portfolio and training schedule, including responding to customer training requests, developing a suitable course material and presentation to achieve the required learning outcome and to maintain training records in the training database.
During other times, this role will also be providing technical information and support regarding Daikin product range to assist Technicians with fault-finding and problem solving.
About you
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred but not essential.
- Trade Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and a valid refrigerant handling License.
- Previous experience in a Technical Sales and/or Sales Engineer background.
- Knowledge and background in HVAC are essential.
- Flexibility and availability to travel (regional and interstate).
- Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision.
