About the Role

  • Deliver high-impact HVAC solutions—from fault finding and repairs to preventative maintenance across a diverse range of facilities.
  • Lead technical excellence—providing advice and guidance to clients to ensure their systems run efficiently and safely.

Who We're Looking For

  • Technical expertise—must have experience in HVAC fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Leadership mindset—someone who takes initiative and ownership of their work.
  • Problem solver—someone who thrives on challenges and delivers practical, effective solutions.
  • Strong communicator—able to engage with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Australian Citizen (Baseline Security Clearance optional).
  • Relevant trade qualifications & Arctick Licence (essential).
  • Dual trade (Electrician) highly desirable.
