About Us

Ellis Air is a well-established HVAC & Mechanical Services company specializing in design, installation, maintenance, and breakdown services across a wide range of industries including health facilities and pharmaceutical sites as well as premium office spaces.

About You

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC technician to lead our quarterly and annual HVAC essential service measures, including building fire safety and compliance testing. Strong communication and technical skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with both our internal team and clients. You must be well-organized, have excellent fault-finding abilities, and be able to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out HVAC quarterly and annual essential service testing
  • Conduct stairwell pressurization testing
  • Conduct fire safety and compliance testing across building HVAC system
  • Complete and submit all relevant compliance documentation and reports
  • Comply with OH&S requirements

Education/Experience Requirements

  • All relevant trade licenses
  • Cert. 3 in Air Conditioning or equivalent
  • Experience in commercial HVAC and fire safety compliance
