2. About the Role As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial and industrial sites. You'll be part of a supportive and experienced service team, working on a diverse range of equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on various HVAC plant and equipment
  • Provide clear reporting and job documentation using mobile technology
  • Support clients by providing technical advice and solutions on-site
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service managers to ensure service delivery excellence

3. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Cert III in Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)
  • Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Solid experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
