The Role

They are seeking a seasoned HVAC Hygiene & Technical HVAC Sales Expert to

drive their business development efforts. You will be at the forefront of their client

relationships, tailoring sophisticated solutions for commercial and industrial partners.

This role requires a unique blend of deep technical knowledge, strategic sales skills,

and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the commercial

and industrial sectors.

∙Lead the sales cycle from initial consultation and technical assessment to

contract delivery.

∙Provide consultative, tailored solutions that meet specific client needs for

HVAC hygiene, duct cleaning, and IAQ.

∙Manage budgets, lead project engagement, and ensure exceptional service

delivery. 

About You:

∙You have a minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience specifically

within the HVAC hygiene and duct cleaning industry. This is essential.

∙Your background combines both field/technical roles and

management experience, giving you a full understanding of end-to-end

operations.

∙You are a pragmatic, hands-on leader motivated to teach and contribute to a

high-performing team.

∙You have exceptional skills in contract delivery, client engagement, and

budget management.

∙Your communication and business development skills in English are first-

class.
