Part-Time Office Administrator / Reception
(3 days per week – potential for more)
We are a small, friendly accounting firm in St Kilda seeking a reliable and organised person to help with general office administration.
You'll be supporting our Head Administrator (who is remote) with everyday tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, scanning and filing documents, and greeting clients.
For the right person, there's also scope to get involved in ASIC client communications, ATO phone calls, and other accounting administration tasks like client send outs etc.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Sorting and sending mail
- Filing, scanning, and basic data entry
- Greeting clients and offering a warm welcome
- Preparing and sending documents to clients
- Following up with the ATO or ASIC (with training)
- Assisting with general office duties as required
About You
- Previous admin or reception experience preferred (accounting or professional services experience a bonus but not essential)
- Friendly, polite, and well-presented
- Organised with attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
- Willing to learn and happy to take on extra responsibilities over time
