Office-Based Role
Marshall Group is a family run high end renovation company and handyman business based in Springvale, Melbourne. We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Coordinator to join our team and provide vital support to our director and staff.
We're looking for someone with solid admin experience who's ready to take on a busy, rewarding role and contribute to a supportive, growing business.
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping the office organised and our projects on track. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, and handling client correspondence
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and staff/subcontractor coordination
- Entering and maintaining accurate records across Xero, spreadsheets, and job management systems
- Processing supplier invoices and preparing client invoices for approval
- Supporting payroll data entry (timesheets, hours, leave)
- Setting up and maintaining systems, templates, and checklists
- Preparing job packs and assisting with tracking project progress
- Ordering supplies, organising the office, and general admin support
The ideal person for this role will be:
- Experienced in administration (minimum 2+ years)
- Confident using Xero and strong with technology/software
- Ideally experienced in the building/construction industry
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- A clear and professional communicator
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Friendly, supportive team culture based in Springvale
