Clinical Care Coordinator
to lead clinical excellence and help shape the future of care at Greenwood Manor.
About The Role
As Clinical Care Coordinator, you will oversee the clinical operations and provide leadership to our care team, ensuring that every resident receives safe, high-quality, person-centred care. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal role during an exciting time of growth and transformation under MACG's well-established model of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical care team to ensure best practice and compliance
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans
- Mentor staff and foster a supportive, learning-focused environment
- Liaise with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals
- Maintain clinical governance and support accreditation readiness
About You
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in a leadership or coordinator role within aged care
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Empathetic, professional, and committed to person-centred care
