A bit about us
Hacer Group have been operating in the market for the past 25 years as a fully integrated design and construct builder. We have over 240 employees and specialise in a variety of commercial sectors including large scale multi residential, retail, offices, health, industrial and aged care.

A bit about the role-
In this role you will be coordinate all response material from relevant parties and manage the visual presentation of tender submissions in both digital and hard copy when required. You will report into our Estimating Manager and work closely with our wider estimating and design teams from our South Melbourne HQ.
The responsibilities of your role will include but not limited to;
- Evaluate the submission required and produce submission summary & Tender Bid summary.
- Coordinate the bid process
- Delegate any necessary work for each relevant stakeholder (including graduates)
- Ensure accuracy of bid document and that the submission is sent on time
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and compiled from each area to produce final bid submission
- Carry out research when required, any new ideas or proposals to keep the bid looking fresh and up to date.
The role is to be based at our head office in South Melbourne with car parking provided on site.
A bit about you
You will have;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in tender or bid coordination, with skills in writing and collating submission content (preferably in construction)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, InDesign & Adobe Creative
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisation & the ability the meet deadlines
