At GR8 Disability Housing, we provide Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes across Western Australia. Our properties aren't just bricks and mortar they represent dignity, independence and freedom for people living with disability.

We're seeking a Junior Property Manager or Real Estate Admin Assistant to join our supportive team. This role is ideal for someone starting out in property management or coming from an admin/customer service background in the real estate sector, who is keen to learn and grow in a purpose-driven organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with listing properties and updating advertising platforms
  • Support the team with tenancy applications, lease documentation and management agreements
  • Help coordinate property maintenance and contractor bookings
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and tenant/owner enquiries
  • Update records in our property management system (PropertyMe)
  • Provide general administration support to the property management team
  • Join property managers at inspections, sign-ups and events as you develop skills

About You

  • Property Management registration or Cert IV in Real Estate
  • Customer service experience (retail, admin, hospitality or office support)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn property management systems (PropertyMe experience an advantage)
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Positive attitude, reliability and empathy when working with tenants and owners
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
