About the role

Join the dynamic team at Australian Property Alliance as a Real Estate Sales & Project Marketing specialist. In this full-time role based in Perth, WA 6000, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives for a diverse range of residential property developments. Your expertise and passion for the industry will be key to achieving exceptional results and enhancing the company's strong reputation in the local market.

What you'll be doing

  • Converting sales leads and networking to grow the awareness of our projects
  • Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to promote property developments working collaboratively with our in-house marketing team which include video, web, graphic designers and social media experts.
  • Conducting property viewings and open house events to engage potential buyers
  • Negotiating sales contracts and liaising with clients to ensure a smooth purchasing process
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with the project management team to stay informed of development progress
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in residential real estate sales, preferably within the project marketing sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of the local real estate market and relevant regulations
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Relevant real estate sales qualifications (desirable)
