 What You'll Be Doing (and Loving):

  • Building real relationships with owners and tenants
  • Navigating lease renewals, rent reviews & market advice
  • Conducting inspections that actually matter
  • Signing up tenants with confidence
  • Managing repairs, maintenance & insurance claims like a pro
  • Handling bonds, arrears & tribunal prep
  • Smashing KPIs and growing your career

 What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 2 years of Property Management experience
  • WA Property Manager registration (non-negotiable)
  • A reliable car and current driver's license
  • Killer time management & communication skills
  • Bonus points if you've used Property Tree or Inspect Real Estate
