Mallison Real Estate is a well-established boutique agency based in Leeming, proudly serving the community since 1988. With a hands-on Managing Director and a dedicated, experienced team, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer service across every aspect of our business.

We are currently seeking a confident and admin-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Experience and Sales Assistant. This is a full-time position and a key front-line role, providing professional reception services while supporting both our Sales and Property Management departments.

What You'll Bring:

  • A warm, friendly personality and polished communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Solid computer skills and general typing ability
  • Professional presentation and a can-do attitude

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Greeting clients and managing incoming calls and enquiries
  • Assisting with general enquiries (e.g. home open times)
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining logs, and banking
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team
  • Updating and maintaining databases and CRM systems
  • Processing sales contracts and documentation at key stages (e.g. finance approval, settlement)
  • Monitoring and managing incoming emails across departments
  • Coordinating property key logs and liaising with contractors, tenants, and landlords
  • Updating and maintaining office displays, including TV screens
  • Arranging and managing client gifts
  • Ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of meeting rooms and kitchen areas
  • Conducting stocktakes and purchasing of stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Supporting the broader team with various admin and ad hoc duties
