About the Role

We're a growing real estate company with two dynamic offices in Perth, specialising in residential and commercial sales and project marketing. We're looking for a keen and organised Office Junior to join our friendly team. This role is primarily based in our Perth City office, with occasional visits to our second office just a short distance away.


Key Responsibilities (full training provided)

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, and greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Assist with email correspondence and basic administrative duties.
  • Prepare marketing materials, generate and print letters for sales reps, and assemble property/appraisal information packs.
  • Update property listings, assist with sales file compliance, and assist with maintaining our sales database.
  • Arrange keys for sales representatives and manage office filing and document systems for smooth retrieval.
  • Coordinate brochures, signage, and open display materials.
  • Maintain the office environment, including cleanliness and general upkeep.
  • Support general office tasks and run light errands, such as delivering documents or materials between offices.

About You

  • Friendly and positive, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, email, and database tools.
  • Reliable, professional in presentation, and eager to learn.
  • A valid driver's licence and own car are highly desirable but not mandatory.
