The Role:

As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in our property management team, supporting the seamless operation of a diverse residential portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:


• Supporting the Property Managers with a diverse portfolio of residential properties;


• Assist in owner and tenant relations, ensuring exceptional customer service;


• Undertake ingoing inspections and assist with any maintenance requirements for warranty building inspections;


• Aid in relationship-building with property owners and clients and driving referrals to grow our network; and


• Compiling reports, statistics, and property portfolio data to IRE standards.

About You:

You're an enthusiastic team player who is ready to join our faced-paced professional team and are:


• Looking to complete (or already holds) a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.


• Experienced (or motivated to gain experience) in the real estate industry.


• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Property Tree, Inspect RE, and Inspection Express (desirable).


•A strong communicator with a WA Driver's License.
