Head of Events
to lead our production and delivery teams, driving excellence across every project and shaping the future of live and experiential experiences at Fourth Wall.

About the Role

This is the perfect role if you're an experienced leader in live and experiential events who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and flawless delivery.

As
Head of Events
, you'll oversee our Project and Innovation Teams, ensuring every idea is realised with originality, precision, and impact. Working alongside our Client Services Director and Creative Director, you'll turn ambitious visions into world-class experiences that thrill clients and audiences alike.

Your leadership will be felt across the business - from elevating our delivery standards and strengthening client partnerships, to mentoring and inspiring the next generation of producers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor the Project and Innovation Teams, fostering ambition, collaboration, and creativity
  • Oversee the full execution of projects - from creative realisation to delivery and continuation
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and always beyond client expectations
  • Partner with Client Services and Creative to bring bold, trend-led ideas to life
  • Champion excellence in guest experience, show creation, and experiential innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, introducing new and creative ways of working
  • Represent Fourth Wall at industry events, masterclasses, and client workshops, positioning us as leaders in live and experiential storytelling
  • Stay ahead of global trends and innovations in live experiences, ensuring Fourth Wall remains at the forefront of culture-shaping work

About You

  • 10+ years in executive producing or senior event leadership roles within agency, media, or brand environments
  • Proven experience delivering
    experiential activations, large-scale live events, and integrated campaigns
  • At least 7 years managing and mentoring producing teams, with a collaborative and inspiring leadership style
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, suppliers, and multi-stakeholder projects
  • Skilled in client presentations and pitches, with the ability to win trust and sell big ideas with confidence
  • Deep knowledge of digital-first content, social platforms, and brand experiences
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, events, or equivalent experience
