. This is your opportunity to help shape RAA's community presence by leading key partnerships and delivering memorable events that make a real difference to our members and the wider community.
Reporting to the
Manager Community Partnerships and Events
, you'll lead and deliver components of RAA's Community Partnership program and take a key role in planning and delivering RAA's corporate, community and member events.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Initiating and managing relationships with community partners to maximise RAA's impact
- Leading the delivery of RAA's community grant programs and partnership activities
- Planning and managing a range of corporate, community and member events, including RAA's flagship Street Smart High program
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing, coaching and supporting your direct reports to achieve shared goals

Role

- Proven experience delivering impactful community sponsorships and grant programs
- Experience developing and maintaining key partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
