Senior Advisor Community Partnerships & Events
. This is your opportunity to help shape RAA's community presence by leading key partnerships and delivering memorable events that make a real difference to our members and the wider community.

Reporting to the
Manager Community Partnerships and Events
, you'll lead and deliver components of RAA's Community Partnership program and take a key role in planning and delivering RAA's corporate, community and member events.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Initiating and managing relationships with community partners to maximise RAA's impact
• Leading the delivery of RAA's community grant programs and partnership activities
• Planning and managing a range of corporate, community and member events, including RAA's flagship Street Smart High program
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing, coaching and supporting your direct reports to achieve shared goals

Role
At RAA, we hire on cultural add first and technical fit second However, to be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Proven experience delivering impactful community sponsorships and grant programs
• Experience developing and maintaining key partnerships and stakeholder relationships
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A collaborative mindset and passion for driving positive change
