**About the Role**

As our **Marketing & Communications Coordinator**, you’ll play a key role in driving staff and family engagement, content creation, and digital communications while also providing essential corporate administrative support.
Guided by our values of **courtesy and kindness**, and led by our Marketing and Communications Lead, you will support internal and external communication efforts, enhance our digital presence, and contribute to meaningful engagement with staff, residents, family and the broader community. You’ll also assist with corporate administration tasks to ensure smooth operations at an executive level.
**What you’ll do**
- Manage the **Marketing and RSVP inbox**, ensuring timely responses and coordination.
- Develop and implement **social media plans**, including posts, replies, and sourcing engaging stories from staff and residents.
- Assist in planning and executing **events** led by the Corporate Team and Community Lead.
- Maintain and oversee the **yearly events planner**, identifying key awareness days and supporting relevant activities.
- Coordinate and develop **newsletters**, working with General Manager's and leaders to source and distribute engaging content for staff, residents and families.
- Support the creation and rollout of marketing **collateral**, working alongside the Marketing & Communication Lead—including designing materials in Canva.
- Participate in **working groups**, such as Communications and Event Management teams.
- Manage **website content**, publishing approved updates and identifying opportunities for user experience improvement.
- Provide **executive assistance** as required, ensuring seamless administrative support for leadership teams.
- Assist with coordination of **corporate communications**, reports, and document management.
- Offer general **office and administrative support**, helping maintain efficiency and organisation.
**About You**
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re a **creative and strategic communicator**, skilled at writing engaging content and managing multiple priorities. Your ability to balance both marketing initiatives and administrative support needed at a Corporate level, will make you a strong collaborator and key contributor to the team.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- **Creative** with a strong ability to craft compelling written and visual content.
- **Highly organized**, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- **Tech-savvy**, with experience using Canva, social media platforms, and website content management tools.

**It would be helpful if you had (but is not an expectation)**:
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Writing & Creative Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
