This is a full-time position at our Sydney CBD office.
About The Role
The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office organised, supporting internal teams, ensuring administrative functions are handled professionally & efficiently and maintaining a productive and welcoming environment. The role requires initiative, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure reception is manned during office hours, managing incoming calls, enquires and visitors.
- Ensure the office is well presented and stocked at all times
- Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory and equipment to support the team.
- Ensure mail, couriers & deliveries are booked and managed
- Liaise with external clients, suppliers & contractors
- Support HR tasks such as staff onboarding, and assisting with company events
- Maintain documentation and office manuals.
- Maintain office budget and track costs related to office environment and building services.
- Organise team meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and support team on administration
- Assist leadership with reporting, and other administrative tasks
- Support ad hoc projects requested by management
- Coordinate IT support requests and assist with general systems set-up for staff.
- Contribute to positive workplace culture through initiatives and day-to-day support.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Abilities
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent administration and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- On time and on budget delivery of all key tasks, in accordance with projects and deliverables.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Google Suite applications, and office management software
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- High level of discretion and professionalism
