Do you have a passion for sales & hitting goals? You'll love working here We are currently seeking a self motivated and sales focused professional to be a key member of our talented team as a Trip Coordinatorin a phone based revenue collecting rolethat has a strong focus on sales, along with customer service.
As a Trip Coordinator you will:
- Build strong relationships with booked travellers
- Manage trip payments and set up payment plans
- Meet revenue and outbound call targets
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the pre-departure process
- Assist with visa advice and documentation
Who We're Looking For:
- Motivated by hitting targets and delivering results
- Confident and engaging communicator
- Experience in phone-based sales or customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Positive, proactive, and a genuine passion for
