To help bring this to life, we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Events Coordinator to support our managers. This is a hands-on role, primarily based on the floor, ensuring that staff are supported, service standards are upheld, and functions run smoothly. During quieter periods, the role will also involve some light administrative duties.

About You:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Confident supervising floor staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of presentation and care
  • Able to deliver staff training and guidance based on the manager's vision and instructions
  • Capable of handling basic administrative tasks such as responding to event enquiries and assisting with bookings
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for people of all ages and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise floor operations during service and events
  • Coordinate and oversee functions, bookings, and venue set-ups
  • Provide staff with basic training and support, guided by the venue manager
  • Ensure consistency in service, presentation, and guest experience
  • Manage simple admin tasks including responding to event/function enquiries and supporting venue bookings
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to help enhance the overall guest experience
