As we continue to grow, we're looking for a charismatic Beverage Seller to join our floor team — someone who lives and breathes great drinks and knows how to turn a simple table visit into an experience.

This isn't your standard waitstaff position.

Your sole focus is to sell, serve, and elevate the beverage experience for every guest at MFW Braeside. You'll move through the venue engaging tables, recommending wines, cocktails, and premium spirits, ensuring glasses are never empty and guests feel taken care of.

Think of yourself as the venue's beverage ambassador — charming, knowledgeable, and confident in driving sales while delivering five-star service with genuine personality.

• Actively sell and recommend beverages — wines, cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and match them with the perfect drink.
• Upsell premium wines, bottles, and cocktails through confident and passionate storytelling.
• Top up drinks throughout service and ensure no guest is ever left waiting.
• Work closely with the bar team to ensure smooth service and efficient drink delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest wine list, cocktail menu, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and embody the Meat Flour Wine brand values at all times.
• Assist with table touches and guest engagement to boost beverage spend per head.

• You love people and can confidently strike up a conversation at any table.
• You have strong product knowledge or a genuine passion to learn about wine, cocktails, and spirits.
• You're competitive, target-driven, and thrive in a busy, social environment.
• You understand that service is about creating memorable moments, not just taking orders.
• Previous experience in hospitality or beverage service is preferred but not essential — training provided for the right attitude.
