  • Design fun, age-appropriate holiday programs that kids can't wait to join
  • Coordinate with providers and partners to deliver seamless, safe experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to make every program run smoothly and joyfully

Are you bursting with ideas, love planning engaging experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? At TeamKids, we don't just run programs — we create moments of joy, connection, and discovery for children every single day.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Planning & Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team

You'll be the mastermind behind our Vacation Care programs, designing fun-filled experiences that spark imagination, build confidence, and leave kids counting down to the next school holidays.

From researching unique excursions and negotiating with providers, to ensuring safety and compliance — you'll make sure every program runs smoothly and every child has a remarkable TeamKids experience.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver exciting, age-appropriate holiday programs that kids (and parents) love
  • Research, source, and book high-quality excursions, incursions, and in-service activities
  • Build strong relationships with external providers, transport companies, and service teams
  • Prepare detailed timetables, risk assessments, and operational plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programs are safe, smooth, and unforgettable
  • Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate our program offerings

About You

  • You're organised, creative, and love making things happen
  • You have strong communication skills and build positive relationships easily
  • You can juggle multiple priorities with ease and meet tight deadlines
  • You're confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other digital tools
  • You bring energy, initiative, and a child-centred mindset to everything you do

Desirable: Experience in planning, events, or coordination roles — especially in OSHC, education, or similar environments.
