An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated full time Business Support & Customer service Administrator within our Private Label department at Imperial Kitchens, one of Queensland's largest, privately-owned custom joinery businesses. Immediate Start
Reporting to the Office Manager, your primary focus will be supporting the Design consultants and Project Manager to provide the highest quality of service to our residential clients. Interacting directly with our customers you'll need to maintain a high level of customer service along with being able to multi-task, working closely with our drafters, project managers, trades and installers.
To be successful in this role you will ideally possess;
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and relevant experience within the Building & Construction industry and residential renovations.
- Prior Contract administration, with understanding of HIA and QBCC contracts highly desirable.
- Great Customer service and ability to develop a good rapport
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously are necessary attributes.
- Relevant administration skills and demonstrated experience
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, MYOB experience an advantage
- Professional with a friendly disposition, initiative and can do attitude
The role requires someone who can turn their attention to a range of tasks while retaining focus on what's in front of you. The right candidate will need to be able to work accurately, have great customer service, capable of meeting deadlines and be flexible within the role.
