The Roles:

BDM and Leasing Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and secure new rental listings.
  • Negotiate agreements with property owners and clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with prospects through exceptional communication and service.
  • Conduct property appraisals and market research.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies to drive results.
  • Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to meet targets.

Sales Representative

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to secure new listings
  • Conduct property appraisals and market presentations
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with the BDM and property management teams

What We are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or business development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-focused.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License and Current VIC Driver's License & car
  • Exceptional and strong follow-up skills
  • Confident communicator and well-presented
