We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of existing customers and actively pursue new business opportunities within Victoria, from a varied group of customers -Cafes, independent retailers, entertainment venues, beach kiosks, convenience stores and more. lop existing customers.
• Manage key accounts within your territory.
• Deliver on sales KPI's.
• Drive compliance and distribution within your customer base. Reporting to the Business Development Manager (BDM) this is a position with a strong existing customer base of direct customers. You will be given the room to build your own effective relationships as well as the support from the existing BDE/BDM team to assist you to developed and grow your territory. About you:
• You can demonstrate sales experience within hospitality, retail or field sales.
• Outgoing, approachable, sales focused and has a desire to further your career.
• A confident communicator and can adapt your communication style given you will be a true partner to the business and customers.
• Demonstrate success in seeking and converting new business opportunities.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Safe driving history.
• Have a positive can-do attitude and be able to adapt to change.
• Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work autonomously.
