What We OfferCompetitive base salary (negotiable based on experience) + super, car allowance, and uncapped commissions (OTE $120K+ achievable)

We're looking for a motivated sales professional who is genuine, driven, and results-focused. Ideally, you are:
- A self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Confident and professionally friendly in communication
- Experienced in sales (3+ years, building/construction industry preferred)
- Results-driven with a proven track record
- Trustworthy, responsible, and committed to long-term success
- You must have the right to work permanently in Australia (PR or citizenship preferred)
- Additional language skills will be considered an advantage (e.g. Mandarin, Vietnamese, Arabic).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying needs and providing tailored solutions
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Work with the team to develop and deliver effective sales strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Deliver outstanding customer service and after-sales support
