EMF Coomera is seeking a driven and experienced Gym Supervisor to lead our team and support the growth and smooth operation of our facility. This is not your average supervisor role, you'll play a key part in shaping our team, recovering revenue, and ensuring high standards across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Training & Development

  • Coach, mentor, and upskill front-of-house and fitness staff.
  • Work alongside the manager & lead regular training sessions and performance check-ins with individuals.
  • Support a high-performance team culture centered around service and results.

Dishonor Recovery & Debt Collection

  • Proactively manage failed payment follow-ups.
  • Liaise with members regarding outstanding balances with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work with finance processes to monitor and reduce overdue accounts.

Operational Supervision

  • Support daily gym operations and ensure team alignment with policies & procedures.
  • Handle escalated member issues and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Assist management with reporting and goal tracking.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a gym, performance fitness & group fitness, or customer service leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
  • Confidence in handling financial conversations and following up on dishonors or overdue payments.
  • Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure.
