**About the role**

McIlwain are seeking a Structures Supervisor who will be responsible for the execution and completion of construction works needed to meet project requirements.

**Duties**
- Carry out construction works using safe work practices and always ensure the safety of workers and the public.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with the Project Manager/Senior Supervisor/Construction Manager about overall project requirements.
- Supervisor must ensure that all active tasks have a relevant and complete Pre task assessment
- Plan and organise timely provision of resources for the works completion.
- Implement all environmental, traffic, Workplace Health & Safety requirements for the works.

**Skills & experience**
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction or equivalent
- 7+ years’ experience within civil construction
- Experience in Structures
- Current Drivers licence and White Card
