TotalFusion Lions Springfield is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Housekeeping Manager in maintaining our premium wellness space to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation, has an eye for detail, and is comfortable leading by example.

Availability


• Weekdays: 3 evenings per week, 5pm–10pm


• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 10am–6pm

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise the housekeeping team during assigned shifts


• Maintain cleanliness across the gym, recovery, and wellness areas


• Ensure public and back-of-house areas are immaculate and presentation-ready


• Manage cleaning stock and equipment


• Perform cleaning duties as needed to support the team


• Ensure compliance with WHS and facility standards


• Liaise with the Housekeeping Manager on issues or improvement areas

About You


• Previous experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or hospitality


• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team leadership role


• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining top-tier cleanliness


• Confident communicator with strong initiative and time management


• Willingness to work evenings and weekends


• Sound understanding of health and safety practices in high-use environments
