Reception Supervisor – World Gym Bibra Lake

Join the team at World Gym Bibra Lake and play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Reception Supervisor who's passionate about health, fitness, and great customer service.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee our dynamic front-of-house team, set the standard for member service, and work closely with the Club General Manager to drive the success of the club, including retail performance and Pro shop and Barbell Café operations.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Leading and motivating the reception team to provide world-class service
  • Driving front-of-house sales in our Pro Shop and Barbell Café
  • Making quality coffees and blending delicious protein shakes
  • Applying your supplement knowledge to help members make informed choices
  • Managing daily administration and reception operations
  • Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining an inviting front-of-house space
  • Meeting KPIs through teamwork, upselling, and proactive service

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally managing a large or busy team
  • Strong understanding of systems, processes, and workflows
  • Ability to stay organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the fitness or hospitality industry (preferred)
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  • A positive, energetic attitude and commitment to delivering an outstanding member experience
