The One Food Republic is a growing hospitality group operating multiple restaurant Venues including Kamikaze Teppanyaki, Superwok and Bam Bam Korean Fried Chicken & Beer.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and experience **Wait Staff**, **Bartenders**, and **Food Service Supervisors** to join our energetic team and help us continue delivering memorable dining experiences.

**Available Positions**:
**1. Wait Staff**

As a front-of-house team member, you'll be the face of our restaurant. You'll provide attentive and friendly service, maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, and ensure our guests feel well cared for from the moment they arrived.

Key Responsibilities:

- Great and seat customers with warmth and professionalism
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver meals and drinks in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist in setting up and packing down shifts

**2. Bartender**

As a bartender, you'll bring energy, precision and creativity to the bar. You'll be crafting cocktails, pouring beers, and engaging customers with exceptional service and product knowledge.(**Required proven experience as a bartender**).

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to cutomers
- Have a deep understanding of mixology
- Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines (RSA)

**3. Floor Supervisor**

You'll support the management team in leading the FOH operations. Your role includes motivating team members, overseeing customer experience, handling floor service, and helping with training and shift management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support FOH Staff during service
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage floor flow, reservations, and customer issues as they arise
- Assist with Staff Training and development

Before applying, please ask yourself if you can demonstrate the following atrributes:

- A true hospitality professional with minimum of 1-2 years' experience in quality or high-volume establishement
- A positive personality and excellent communication skills
- A customer-focused mindset and great attention to detail
- Reliability and strong team spirit
- Professional presentation and punctuality
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced eviroment
- Availability to work at least 1 weekend day
- Up-to-date RSA ( required for bartenders and supervisory roles)
