Yamaha Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic National Sales Manager to lead our Dealer Relationship Managers across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving retail finance performance, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong dealer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a sales team to exceed performance targets
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans in collaboration with senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with Yamaha dealers and internal stakeholders
- Oversee training, compliance, and accreditation across the dealer network
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies
About You:
- Proven leadership in financial services and sales team management
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; tertiary qualifications preferred
- Valid driver's licence (boat/watercraft/motorcycle licence a plus)
