National Field Sales Manager
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for retail excellence, team development, and driving profitable growth? We are seeking a highly experienced National Field Sales Manager to lead and shape the future of our retail business across ANZ.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Partner with GM to define and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.
- Set and achieve sales budgets for all accounts and channels, seasonally and annually.
- Develop and implement strategies that consistently exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular counter visits to monitor store operations & team performance.
Team Management
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Design and implement onboarding program for new and existing team members.
- Create incentive programs and recognition initiatives that boost team engagement.
- Manage consultant budgets, rosters, and monthly reconciliations with finance.
- Recruit, coach and retain top talent ensuring strong succession planning.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure optimal stock levels and effective inventory management across all locations.
- Oversee counter preformance dashboards to track KPIs, sales, CRM activities.
- Ensure brand strategies are executed seamlessly across all channels.
- Develop tailored local plans and initiatives to maximize retail performance.
Communication & Collaboration
- Organise and lead impactful sales meetings.
- Share and implement best practices across the retail network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners.
About You
Experience: Minimum 6 years in sales management within the beauty industry, with proven success in Australian retail, department stores and travel retail.
