We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic person for the position of National Sales Manager.

Quality experience in the Paint Industry is a distinct advantage, as would a proven background in Sales and people management in these areas.  Confident IT skills using outlook, word, excel, teams and powerpoint are also required for this role.

We offer stable employment within our well-established and locally owned business, an attractive salary package and bonus scheme for the right applicant as well as a fully maintained vehicle, phone and cellular connected iPad, to assist the person in this role.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a current Driver License.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a well organised approach to dealing with customers, is essential.
  • Skilled in sales and people management.
  • Competent computer skills.
  • Have a flexible, adaptive and customer focused approach to the role.
  • Possess a will to succeed and the ability to work both independently and manage a team.  As National Sales Manager you are responsible for servicing an already well-established clientele throughout Australia, whilst always focusing on growing and increasing your customer base and market share at every opportunity.
